Savanna Le Gall no 2

A marriage of artistry and distilling precision, Savanna Le Gall No. 2 (Artist Edition No. 2) is a refined and expressive limited cuvée from Réunion’s Savanna distillery.

This unique blend brings together two aged molasses rums (distilled 2015 & 2016) with an 8-year-old agricole (cane juice) rum from 2014. All components matured in ex-Cognac French oak casks before being artfully blended.

On the nose, the spirit greets you with floral notes, honey, milk chocolate, soft oak, and subtle aromas of toasted nuts. The palate continues with warm cinnamon spice, delicate wood tones, roasted dried fruits and hazelnut, balancing richness and finesse.

The finish is elegant and poised — lingering with soft wood spice, dried fruit echoes and a whisper of cultivated finesse.
