Rhum Barbancourt Reserve du Domaine 15 YO

Réserve du Domaine is Barbancourt’s pinnacle aged rum, selected from the private stock of the Gardère family and matured fifteen years in French Limousin oak barrels.

Its color is a deep amber, hinting at time, wood and rich maturation. The nose opens with elegant notes of vanilla, dried fruits such as prune and raisins, soft oak spice and a whisper of citrus. The palate is full and refined: layers of dried fruits and fig gently unfold, supported by caramel, toasted oak, warm baking spice and subtle tobacco undertones. The finish is long, rich and complex—never overwhelming—leaving lingering echoes of dried fruit, oak and spice.

Réserve du Domaine is made for contemplative sipping. Neat or with a single large ice cube, it slowly reveals its depth. It also enhances premium rum cocktails where elegance, not aggressiveness, is desired.
