Savanna Le Must

Savanna Le Must is the distillery’s flagship expression — a showcase of the unique terroir of Réunion Island and the savoir-faire of the Savanna team. Crafted from molasses and aged in French oak barrels for up to 9 years, this rum brings together power, elegance, and tropical vibrancy in one bottle.

On the nose, it reveals candied tropical fruits, vanilla, soft honey, and warm spices, lifted by subtle floral notes and a touch of toasted oak. The palate is generous and complex, unfolding layers of ripe mango, dried apricot, caramel, roasted nuts, cocoa, and gentle spice. Its texture is smooth yet full-bodied, with a balance of fruit sweetness and oaky depth.

The finish is long and lingering, leaving impressions of dried fruits, vanilla, and refined oak, a reminder of its careful maturation in the island’s warm climate.
