This Herr 57 Edition 2023 is the result of the creativity of Thierry Grondin, master distiller, who conducted a traditional distillation in a still to create this unique rum.

The Herr 57 Edition 2023 is a high ester rum from Reunion Island, produced from Bois Rouge molasses fermented for 11 days. Distillation in a still resulted in a rum with an exuberant character and rich in esters, with an impressive concentration of 626 g/HLAP.
